Product Returns
SiteSurv USA will accept returns within 14 days after delivery confirmation. Any request submitted after this time period will be denied.
- Item must be in its original condition, in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Items purchased as a package or kit must be returned in full.
- Special orders will not be refunded.
- Software that has been opened will not be refunded.
- Additional fees will apply on merchandise that is:
- Assembled or partially assembled
- Used and in resalable condition
- Damaged or mishandled by customer
After 14 days we reserve the right to deny returns or to charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returns will be the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned within 5 days after the RMA has been issued. We recommend that you use a shipping company such as UPS or FedEx that offers a tracking feature when making a return.
Return Instructions
No returns will be accepted without a RMA. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded. Please contact our customer service department at 786-300-1874 or info@sitesurvusa.com. Once a RMA has been issued, returns must be shipped to the following address within 5 days:

Local Pickup and Local Delivery Policy
At SiteSurv USA, certain items are designated for local pickup and local delivery within a 15-mile radius only. This policy ensures clarity and consistency for such items:

Eligibility for Local Pickup and Delivery:
- Products marked as "Available for local pickup and local delivery under 15 miles only" are eligible for these services.
- Local pickup requires collection from our designated pickup location provided at our Dania Beach Office location.
- Local delivery is limited to addresses within a 15-mile radius of our Dania Beach Office location.

Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must verify their eligibility for local pickup or delivery before placing an order.
- Accurate local delivery or pickup information must be provided during checkout to avoid any issues.

Order Processing and Verification:
- Orders containing items restricted to local pickup and local delivery will be verified based on the provided delivery address.
- If an order is placed from outside the local delivery area or if the customer cannot pick up the item locally, the following policy will apply.

Refund and Store Credit Policy for Specified Local Pickup & Delivery Products:
- No refunds will be issued for orders outside the local delivery area or for customers unable to pick up locally.
- A store credit will be issued for the order subtotal amount, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
- Store credits are non-transferable and do not expire (expiration subject to change in the future).

Defective or Damaged Product
We strongly suggest that you inspect and test any product immediately upon receipt. If any product is found to be defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon noting the issue.
In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, product must be returned to SiteSurv within 5 business days of receiving the RMA.
If product is being returned due to damage or defect, it must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the RMA

If within 7 days after receipt of merchandise you have not contacted SiteSurv to receive a RMA for incorrectly shipped or damageed product, it will be the customer's responsibility and the original form of payment will be applicable.
Unauthorized Returns
- Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
- Restocking fees are charged if the customer refuses a shipment without a return authorization number or prior approval.
- Any undeliverable order that is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, the customer not being available for delivery or a refusal by the customer will be charged a reshipping fee and may incur additional fees as well.
- Any order shipped to a freight forwarder is not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it's shipped for any reason. You'll receive a full refund. Please call our Customer Service Department at 786-300-1874. Customer Service is available from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Eastern time Monday – Friday. If the merchandise has already been shipped you'll have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges. Any special orders are not refundable and cannot be canceled.
Warranty Information
For returns which are past the 14 day period, Purchases made through SiteSurv USA, Inc, may be returned within the 14 day Return Policy period. After this time, products may be covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. In some instances, manufactures will offer replacement or repair at their discretion. For your convenience, we can provide the manufacturer’s contact information for your product.
